Inline with our motto of conception to creation, we introduce the concept of Megamodules. It gives us the opportunity to provide complete solutions to our customer, customized down to the smallest component, giving them the advantage of flexibility in arrangement, assembly, maintenance, upgradation, replacement and expansion, among many others.
MegaModule
A module is basically a self contained system with a well defined interface with other such modules or components. The modularization process can be initiated after a detailed understanding of the user's process & plant layout. The location of equipments/ sizing & functionality help us demarcate lines defining a module. A module may consist of a vessel or components, along with related equipments, including instrumentation, controls & automation. Many modules can again be combined on the basis of location or relevance to process to make up a MegaModule.
A MegaModule may then be assembled together at one go, including accessories & Automation. Megamodules help us collectively touch upon various aspects of Design/ Manufacturing/ Testing/ Documentation & logistics with consistency. Post Inspection & Testing, Megamodules are broken down based on logistical constraints and then transported to the users site. On re-assembly at site the Megamodule then can be finally tested as a single unit.
Distinct advantages of Megamodules-
1. Modules can be created on the basis of function, position, mechanical requirements, etc, hence giving the customer completely customized solutions.
2. Provides a consistent approach for complete plant design/ manufacturing & construction.
3. Maximum pre-construction at our facility improves control on working conditions as compared to on-site execution, leading to better control on quality.
4. Tighter project schedules can be worked out by maximizing pre-construction & reducing on site activities. This may then provide more time for Validation & Trials at site.
5. High degree of interchangeability can be achieved with the use of standardized components.
6. Uniform maintenance schedules & spares inventory can be worked out for all components in a Megamodule, preventing unexpected breakdowns saving time and costs. |
